Premier League is invite only, B League is a small fee to join, winner takes all! D League is FREE to Join. After you create your account then you can go to the “MY ACCOUNT” tab, dropdown and select “MY LEAGUES” or “MY TOURNAMENTS” to create your own League or Tournament.
